Traditional security covers the fence line and the network. But critical assets now run on what travels through the air: SCADA links, telemetry, private LTE, and the satellite timing that synchronises all of it. A jammed receiver or a spoofed clock degrades the physical system without a single packet crossing the firewall. And under Australia’s Security of Critical Infrastructure Act, managing that risk is now a regulatory responsibility, not an option.
